Facades and windows

Drone facade and window cleaning.

High-rise glass and large facades cleaned from the air. No scaffolding, no cradles, nobody on a rope, and a finish that is inspected before we leave.

How drone facade cleaning works

Scaffolding and rope access are built around people at height. Drone access is built around the surface: the platform is positioned by a trained pilot while water, pressure and chemistry are managed on the ground and delivered through the tether.

Glass, coated panels, stone and metal

Curtain-wall glass, aluminium framing, coated composite panels, stone and painted plaster each respond differently to pressure and chemistry. We select the combination per facade rather than running one setting across the building.

Where a manufacturer publishes cleaning requirements for a coating or panel, the method is chosen to work within them where applicable.

Less disruption, faster cycles

No scaffolding means no build time, no permits for street occupation and no blocked entrances. Facades can be cleaned in planned cycles, which keeps the building presentable year round.

Inspection before and after

An inspection flight and condition report come first, so the scope and price rest on what the facade actually needs. Completed areas are inspected against the agreed standard, and anything short of it is addressed within the agreed scope.

Questions

Common questions.

01Is drone cleaning as good as rope access?

For accessible facades it is comparable, and it removes the safety and setup burden. Where a surface cannot be reached or cleaned safely by drone, we say so at the assessment stage.

02Will the water damage window seals or interiors?

Water quality, pressure, nozzle and distance are controlled per facade, and purified water leaves no mineral residue.

03How often should a facade be cleaned?

It depends on the environment. Coastal and city-centre buildings usually need a shorter cycle than inland sites. We recommend a cycle after the first assessment.

04Do you clean windows from the inside?

No. Our scope is the exterior surface, which is the part exposed to weather, salt and pollution.
