SKAI Cleanse Solutions cleans high, large and difficult surfaces with professional cleaning drones and a purpose-built ground tether system. We work across South Africa with priority service in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
Facades and windows, solar installations, wind turbines, roofs and villas, industrial buildings, shopping centres and business parks. The method is selected per surface rather than applied the same way everywhere.
The drone provides aerial access and positioning. A ground-based system supplies purified water, adjustable pressure, temperature control and chemical application through the aerial tether. Water and pressure stay on the ground, which keeps the aerial platform light and the operation controllable.
Every project starts with a site visit and an inspection flight, followed by a condition report and a project-specific quotation.
We service clients across South Africa. Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban are our priority areas, and projects outside these cities are assessed individually for travel, airspace and site conditions.
Scaffolding and rope access need build time, block the site and put people at height. Drone access removes most of that setup, reduces disruption for tenants and staff, and lets the same crew cover large areas in a fraction of the time. Where the surface or the site requires a different approach, we say so during the assessment.

Water quality, pressure, temperature and chemistry are matched to the substrate and to manufacturer requirements where they are documented. Any surface that needs a gentler method gets one.
Our autonomous facade platform is rated for up to 120 m, subject to platform limitations, site conditions and applicable aviation requirements. Other aircraft are used for lower assets.
