The team on site

Cleaning is delivered by a three-person operating crew: a pilot on the controls, a second crew member managing the tether, water and pressure at the ground unit, and a spotter keeping the area clear. The same people assess the site, fly the job and check the finish before leaving.

Founder and Managing Director Wade Liston runs the company and takes part in site assessments. Client contact stays direct: the person who quotes the work is reachable during the job.

How the work is run

Every project starts with a site visit and a drone inspection flight. Surfaces are identified, access is checked, and the method is set per substrate rather than applied uniformly: pressure, water chemistry, nozzle and distance change between glass, coated panels, painted plaster, stone and solar glass.

Water is purified by reverse osmosis and deionisation on the ground unit, so surfaces dry without mineral residue. Runoff is planned before the flight and directed away from entrances, planting and drainage where the site requires it.

Flights are planned and conducted within South African civil aviation requirements. Operator documentation, method statements and the site risk assessment are provided with the quotation, not after the work is booked.
