What we collect
We only collect what you enter in the enquiry form on this website:
- your name and company name;
- email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- the surface or asset type, site location and message you describe;
- the date and time the enquiry was submitted.
We do not ask for identity numbers, payment details or any special category of personal information through this website.
Why we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a site assessment and quotation, and arrange the work. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Legal basis
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) we process this information because you provided it for the purpose of being contacted about your enquiry. For visitors in the European Union, the corresponding basis under the GDPR is the steps needed to take at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who sees it
Enquiries are received by our team at [email protected]. The website and the enquiry database are hosted by our technology providers, who process the data on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting work, and for the period required by South African record-keeping rules afterwards. If no work follows, the enquiry is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Cookies and measurement
The website sets no advertising cookies. If website analytics is enabled, it records aggregated visit statistics such as pages viewed and approximate location by country; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may object to its processing. If you believe we have handled your information incorrectly, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We keep the number of places where your information is stored to a minimum.
