Organic growth holds moisture against the roof, which shortens its life and stains the walls below. Treatment is followed by a clean rinse so the dead growth and residue leave the surface.

Residential exteriors, boundary walls, terraces and poolsides are cleaned without scaffolding around the property, so gardens, paving and access stay usable during the work.
Protection where it is suitable
Where a protection treatment is technically suitable for the roof material, it can be included to slow regrowth. We only propose it when the surface and the environment support it.

01Is low pressure enough to clean a roof?
For organic growth and dirt on tiles, metal and coated roofs, a low-pressure treatment with the right chemistry is both effective and safer for the surface.
02Are the products safe for plants and pets?
Where suitable we use biodegradable products at the minimum effective concentration, and we manage overspray and runoff on site.
03Do you clean gutters and walls too?
That can be added to the scope. Walls, gutters and paved areas are quoted as part of the project.
04How long does a roof clean take?
It depends on the roof size, pitch and growth. The site visit gives us the area and the condition to quote accurately.
