Industrial and commercial

Industrial and commercial exterior cleaning.

Large buildings cleaned from the air while production, trade and tenants keep running. Roofs, walls, cladding and high structures covered in planned cycles.

Drone cleaning a large factory roof and wall

Industrial cleaning on large sites

Industrial roofs and walls are measured and mapped before work starts, so the scope, the access plan and the schedule are agreed in advance instead of discovered on the day.

Substrate and runoff requirements

Corrugated steel, coated cladding, concrete and brick are cleaned differently, and the runoff requirements of the site and its environment are built into the method.

Retail, business parks and public buildings

Shopping centres, business parks, hospitals, schools and stadiums are cleaned with schedule and public access in mind, so customers, patients and pupils are not disrupted.

Documented safety and compliance

Risk assessments, operational procedures, pilot qualifications and site-specific controls are documented per project, within the applicable aviation framework and site rules.

Questions

Common questions.

01Can you work during operating hours?

In most cases yes, which is one of the advantages of drone access. The final schedule is set with your site rules and safety team.

02Do you clean production areas and extraction systems?

We clean external structures and surfaces. Anything inside or above production equipment is assessed per site with your safety requirements.

03Do you provide risk assessments and method statements?

Yes. Documentation is part of the project and can be issued before work starts.

04Can you clean high structures such as silos and stacks?

High and difficult structures are exactly what the drone platform is for. Each one is assessed for access, airspace and surface type.
