Information is not a quotation
Descriptions of services, methods, equipment and typical project conditions on this site are general information. They do not constitute an offer, a fixed price or a commitment to perform work. Every project is quoted in writing after a site visit and a drone inspection flight, and the written quotation is the only binding statement of scope, price and timing.
Site assessment and access
Work depends on what the site allows: surface condition, access, water supply, weather, airspace and the requirements of the building or asset owner. If the assessment shows that a surface cannot be cleaned safely or effectively, we will say so and may decline that part of the scope.
Aviation and regulatory requirements
All flights are planned and conducted in line with South African civil aviation requirements and the permissions that apply to the site. Stated working heights and capabilities are technical limits, not a permission to operate in a given location; each operation is subject to the approvals and conditions in force at the time.
Pricing
Prices shown anywhere on this site or in correspondence are in South African rand and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Travel, access equipment, water logistics and any third-party costs are confirmed in the quotation.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, or from interruption of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
